All Peoples Innovation Hub provides design, development, 3D visualization, and branding services. Each engagement is governed by a separate statement of work outlining scope, timeline, and fees.
Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights for deliverables are transferred to the client. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio.
Payment schedules are outlined in each statement of work. Invoices are due within 30 days unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may result in project suspension.
We treat all client information and project details as confidential and will not disclose them to third parties without consent.
Our liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
